Activities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange today closed on a negative note as the NSE All-share Index dips slightly by -0.09%to close at 41,975.45 basis points, as against the +0.09% uptick recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at +4.06%.
Market capitalization closed at N21.91 trillion. A total of 292,935,882 Shares were traded on the floor of exchange today in 4,899 deals valued at about N2.06 billion, Turnover Volume down by -8.16% as against the -15.65% depreciation recorded previously to close negative.
FBNH boost the Turnover Volume List, topped the list of Most Traded Stock with 58,607,943 shares valued at N 614,764,140.45 traded in 521 deals.
Stock Market Breadth closed negative as UNIVINSURE led the the13 Gainers charts for equity appreciating by 10.00% to close at current N0.22 against 18 losers topped by LASACO declining -9.40% to close at the current price of N1.06.
