On Monday, 1 July 2019 Nigeria Stock Exchange listed Fidson Healthcare Plc additional 586,360,250 ordinary shares on the Daily Official List.
Fidson Healthcare offered of 750,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobos each at N4.00 per share on the basis of 1 new ordinary share for every 2 ordinary shares through Rights Issue held on December 2018.
Following the listing of the additional 586,360,250 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid-up shares of Fidson Healthcare has now increased to 2,086,360,250 ordinary shares.
