Activities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange today closed on a negative note as the NSE All-share Index depreciated slightly by -0.38%to close at 40,714 basis points, as against +0.09% up-recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at +1.09%.
Market capitalization closed at N21.25 trillion. A total of 191,311,638 Shares were traded on the floor of the exchange today in 4,395 deals valued at about N2.59 billion.
BUACEMENT boost the Turnover Volume with 5,747,559 shares valued at N359,353,667 in 82 deals, FBHN led the list of Most Traded Stock and topped the list of most active Stocks with 24,153,582 shares valued at N234,249,457.00 million traded in 365 deals.
Stock Market Breadth closed positive as NEM led the 18 Gainers charts for equity appreciating by 8.33% to close at current N2.10 against 17 losers topped by SOVRENINS declining -7.68% to close at the current price of N0.22.
