Activities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange today closed on a positive note as the NSE All-share Index appreciated by +0.44% to close at 40,896.96 basis points, as against -0.38% depreciation recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at +1.53%.
Market capitalization closed at N21.30 trillion. A total of 563,882,178 Shares were traded on the floor of the exchange today in 4,253 deals valued at about a N5.10billion.
FBHN boost the Turnover Volume, led the list of Most Traded Stock, and topped the List of Active Stocks with 317,275,556 shares valued at N3,294,128,973.20 traded in 616 deals.
Stock Market Breadth closed positive as CHAMPION led the 27Gainers charts for equity appreciating by 10.00% to close at current N2.53 against 13 losers topped by CHIPLC declining -6.78% to close at current price of N0.55.
