Etranzact international announced closed period
Etranzact international plc has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on July 24, 2019 to consider the company’s financial statement for the half year ended June 30, 2019.
Accordingly, in line with the provisions of the rule 17.2 of the rule book of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and companies securities trading policy, all directors, persons discharging managerial duties, advisors or their connected person are prohibited from trading in the company shares from July 5, 2019 until 24 hours after release of the company’s financial statement for the half year ended June 30, 2019 to the Nigerian Stock exchange and the general public
