FORTE OIL PLC: Resignation of General Counsel and company sectary.
Forte oil plc. has announced the resignation of Mr. Akinleye Olagbende as General Counsel and company secretary of the company. The resignation is effective from July 1, 2019.
The notification has been send to the Nigeria Stock Exchange and other stakeholders. Forte oil confirms that the NSE will be notified immediately new general counsel and secretary is appointed.
Forte oil is undergoing strategic changes since new investors bought majority stake in the company from Nigeria business tycoon Mr. Femi Otedola.
