Market capitalization closed at N19.76 trillion. A total of 213,704,495 Shares were traded on the floor of the exchange today in 3,522 deals valued at about N3.23 billion. Turnover Volume decreased by -6.68% as against +40.07% appreciation recorded in the previous session to close negative.
MTNN topped the Turnover Volume with 10174366.00 shares estimated at N10174366.00 in 57 deals, WEMABANK led the List of Active Stocks with 18,306,336 shares valued at N10,885,825.37 in 69 deals while ZENITH BANK advanced as the Most Traded Stock with 11,156,097 shares worth N265,133,042.20 million traded in 250 deals.
Stock market breadth closed positive as NESTLE led the 20 gainers charts for equity appreciating by +10.00% to close at current N1540.00 against 16 losers topped by BOCGAS declining -10.00% to close at the current price of N8.55.
