Investors Lost N28.03 Billion on The Floor of Exchange Today, As NSE All-Share Index Depreciated By -0.14% to Close Negative.

Activities on the Nigerian Stock Exchange closed today on a negative note as the NSE All-share depreciated by -0.14% to close at 39,156.28  basis points against the +0.10% uptick recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at -2.70%.

 

 

 

Market capitalization closed at N20.409 trillion. A total of 289,084,560 Shares were traded on the floor of the exchange today in 3,719.00 deals valued at about N3.545 billion. Turnover volume appreciated by +82.54%  as against -12.76% decreased recorded in the previous session to close positive.

 

 

 

 ZENITH BANK topped the turnover volume list with 25,720,484 shares valued at N594,702,262.60  in 237 deals while STERLNBANK  topped the list of active stock and the most traded with 32,086.082 shares traded in 450 deals.

 

 

 

Stock market breadth closed positive as CUTIX led the 24 gainers charts for equity appreciating by +9.88% to close at current N2.78 against 16 losers topped by CHAMPION declining -10.0% to close at the current price of N1.80.
