More NSE listed companies announced their close period ahead of release of Q3 2019 financial result

In compliance with the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange for quoted companies, many companies have declared dates for a Board meeting to consider Accounts and Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2019, and the commencement of the closed period for trading on their shares.

 

 

Below are details of some of the companies:

 

The closed trading period applies to all directors, senior managers, and other interested parties that may at any time possess sensitive information that may materially affect the price of the securities of the company. the closed period will be observed until 24 hours after the release of the Accounts and Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2019, to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

 

During the close period, the holders of price-sensitive information are not allowed to trade on the shares of their companies
