Positive rally on the Nigeria Stock Exchange continuous, NSE all-share index appreciated by +0.17%

Activities on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange closed today on a positive note as the NSE All-share index appreciated by +0.17% to close at 38,548.24 basis points, as against +0.18% appreciation recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at -4.47%.

 

 

 

Market capitalization closed at N20.092 trillion. A total of 249,686,073 Shares were traded on the floor of exchange today in 3,524 deals valued at about N1.88 billion. Turnover volume increased by +59.13% as against -42.91%  depreciation recorded in previous session to close positive.

 

 

 

SOVRENINS topped the turnover list of active stock with a total of 35,505,473 shares estimated at N9,724,881.2 in 52 deals while ZENITHBANK topped the list of most traded stock with 27,505,951 valued at N632,281,940.70  traded in 227 deals.

 

 

 

 

Stock market breadth closed positive as UPL led the 19 gainers charts for equity appreciating by +10.00% to close at current N1.54 against 17 losers topped by FG132036S2 declining by -22.2% to close at current price of N91.00.
