Stock Market Sustained Positive Trend As Investors Gained N35.52 Billion, Nse All-Share Index Up-Tick Marginally By +0.18%

Activities on the Nigerian Stock Exchange closed today on a positive note as the NSE All-share index appreciated by +0.18% to close at 38,482.52 basis points,  against -0.06% depreciation recorded in the previous session. Year-to-Date (YTD) returns currently stand at -4.65%.

 

 

 

Market capitalization closed at N20.058 trillion. A total of 156,905,684 Shares were traded in 2,273 deals valued at about N1.33 billion. Turnover volume drop by -42.91% as against +36.16%  increase recorded in the previous session to close negative.

 

 

 

SEPLAT topped the turnover list and GUARANTY topped the list of most traded stocks with 3,554,326 unit value at N100,929,133.95 traded in 234 JAPAULGOLD topped the list of active stock with 19,949,389 shares worth N11,405,518.94 in 74 deals.

 

 

 

Stock market breadth closed negative as UPL led the 15 gainers charts for equity appreciating by +9.38% to close at current N1.40  against 20 losers topped by CWG declining by -9.66% to close at the current price of N1.87.
